Colindale Contract – Blocks L, N & P

The team at Therma-Mech are currently providing the district heating pipework for blocks L, N and P of a new block of flats at Colindale Gardens. An exciting and long-term project that is due to finish between 2028-2030, this development in the heart of north-west London will eventually comprise over 3,000 modern homes, cafes and other facilities for the new community to enjoy.

Therma-Mech Wins Millbrook Contract

Therma-Mech are thrilled to have won a contract to deliver district heating at the development of Milbrook Park in London. Starting in August 2017, Therma-Mech will provide underground district heating for 2,240 new apartments, houses and offices. Due to finish in June 2018, the development will consist of over 2,000 new homes, plenty of office and industrial space, and a new piazza.
